I have been in this crazy world of bridal for 10 years.
I opened my own store 8 years ago. I have seen it all. 5 years ago, I began training other bridal store owners on the importance of a pre-sell process. But the reality is that creating a profitable store has to encompass more than just fixing one thing. So after having worked with 100’s of stores on pre-sell, it was time to buckle down and create an all encompassing business training. So join me.

When my business almost tanked I made a conscious choice to work towards profitability and not just sales. I took in $150k LESS in my business that next year. But, through managing my expenses and learning the secrets to profitability, I was able to pay off $70k worth of debt in one year….even though I sold less!
Once I understood profitability in one area I worked to grow. And grow and grow and grow!

Foundations Trainings: These videos are the heart of Adore your Business. They will give you the tools you need to analyze, accomplish and take action in your business. There are three foundations that each have short 6-10 minute videos that are going to drive you into action to make positive changes in your business. Some of the themes will include: Benchmarks, Budgeting, Profit building, Maximizing Sales/Brides, In Store Experiences, Follow up and MORE.
Monthly Live Training: A time where Janice or a guest teacher gives you all the goods. Topics range from paid social media advertising to building your employees job descriptions, goal setting and more. These trainings are built to propel you forward.
Monthly Live Q&A: A chance to get all your burning questions answered live. You get the opportunity to submit your questions ahead of time and then come on live to get them answered! Nothing is off limits, so buckle up!
Monthly Challenge: Each month based on the live training Janice will issue a challenge for you to complete to make sure you aren't just learning but moving and shaking in your business. There are even prizes for those that complete the challenge!
Weekly Recap Emails: Every week Janice will let you know what to look forward to, what you may have missed and highlight some of the most important things that happened in the group that week. The point is to keep you connected!

Monthly Book Club: One of the AYB team members will walk you through a book each month. It's all about continued growth, accountability and community! The Facebook group will have weekly goals for the readings and once a month there will be a live call to discuss portions of the book.
Monthly Live Q&A with Manager: Sometimes it's nice to ask the questions to someone that is operating all the day to day functions of the business. Every month you have the opportunity to do that with Andrea. Whether it's a process question, an implementing question or how to motivate staff, she is here to help you understand how everything that I teach functions day to day in my store.
Path to Profit Retreat: Each year in November, Janice hosts a retreat for you to get ready for the next year. This is a 2-3 day intensive time that is about education AND activity. You will learn new things, you will build community with other bridal store owners but you will also leave with a years worth of work and planning COMPLETE!
